Licensed to practice law since 1991, Jeff started in the title business in 2003. By immersing himself completely in the business and gladly handling the toughest title issues, Jeff quickly learned the intricacies of title commitments and clearing Schedule C. Because of his legal background and ability to handle tough issues, Jeff is known as a problem solver who is often able to come up with solutions that allow even the toughest files to close. His willingness to put his hands in everything to ensure that it all gets done correctly is what allows him to be so good at what he does.
Claudia has been in the title business for over 15 years. She came to work with us in August of 2006. She is loved by her co-workers and our customers because of her ability to stay calm in even the most stressful of situations. Being fluent in both English and Spanish, Claudia is an essential part of the team. With every day that passes she flourishes. Outside the office, Claudia enjoys spending time with her family.

Letty began in real estate at the young age of 15, working part time as an assistant to a real estate agent. In 2000 Letty shifted over to the title industry and, utilizing her personality and her ability to learn quickly, soon became a closer. She joined our office in 2003 and after a short break to focus on being a mom, she came back in 2012 as the marketing director. She brings a unique blend of knowledge from both the Realtor and Escrow Officer perspective to her role in business development, nurturing relationships with our current and prospective customers. This dual background gives Letty a true understanding of all sides of your transaction. She is fluent in both English and Spanish giving her the opportunity of expanding her clientele. Letty works closely with the closing team to ensure the highest level of customer service during the closing process. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
Sabrina began her career in the title business in 2005, joining our team in 2010. She has more than 15 years’ experience in customer service and loves working with others. Sabrina has an outgoing personality, a willingness to learn, and a drive to take on new challenges. Her energy keeps the office alive throughout a workday and always knows how to make someone smile. Her success in the title industry continues to climb with each passing year.

Jennifer joined our team and started her career in the title industry in March of 2017. With almost 16 years of customer service experience Jennifer shines through client and vendor interactions. Jennifer is extremely hard-working and really enjoys being there for her clients whenever she is needed. She is loved throughout the office for her helpfulness and always brings a smile to everyone she encounters. Jennifer’s willingness to learn mixed with her eagerness to help others makes her an amazing addition to our team. Outside of work Jennifer enjoys spending time with her fur baby and loved ones.

Abby began a career in the title industry in May 2017 following her graduation from Louisiana State University. Eager to learn more about the industry, she earned her real estate license and shortly after joined the Laird Law Firm in September 2018. Born in Houston but raised in The Netherlands, Abby brings a welcoming and friendly personality to the workplace that allows her to communicate and connect with clients in Houston’s culturally diverse environment. A true team player, Abby enjoys many sports activities and staying fit. Her warm personality and endless energy will certainly help her continue to learn and succeed in the title industry.
Manny Martinez has been in the title industry since 2010 beginning his career by working for a Fee Attorney. He is knowledgeable about all aspects of title; handling everything from processing to closing, (residential and commercial) as well as funding. He believes that proactive communication, professionalism and attention to detail are the keys to exceptional customer service. He handles each transaction, and the people involved, with individual care and attention. Manny understands that closing day is the culmination of months of hard work for everyone involved and tries to make the closing experience easy and enjoyable. Manny is originally from Port Lavaca, Texas and has proven he can adapt to the changes the ‘big city’ has to offer. He came to work for us in early 2018 and has championed through some unique transactions and is looking forward to more challenges.

Nicole’s career path has always led her in a direction to be of assistance to others. She believes that a great first impression goes a long way when creating a great business relationship with customers. Nicole joined our office in May 2016. As Director of First Impressions, it is Nicole’s responsibility to greet, make comfortable, and accommodate clients when they call or come into the office. She is the friendly voice that answers the phone, and the first smile clients and staff see when they walk in the door. In addition, Nicole can be counted on to assist team members when needed. To this effort, Nicole employs her extensive and diverse customer service background in every aspect of the job. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys family time, reading and singing. Nicole is a big fan of the Blues and Jazz music era.
